Caribbean Rum Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp rum (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F; grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Stir in melted butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and rum (optional).
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix just until combined.
- Pour into pan; bake 50–60 minutes.
- Cool 15 minutes; slice.
