Hungarian Paprika Chicken with Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 cups broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Egg noodles, cooked
Directions
- Brown chicken in oil 4–5 minutes per side; remove.
- Sauté the onion for 4 minutes.
- Add paprika and stir 30 seconds (don’t burn).
- Add broth; return chicken.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and tender.
- Reduce the heat to low; stir in sour cream.
- Serve over cooked noodles.
