Greek Chicken Gyro Wraps with Tzatziki

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb chicken thighs, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 pitas
- 1 cup tzatziki
- Lettuce/tomato/onion
Directions
- Slice chicken thin for quick searing.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the chicken in the marinade; rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat skillet over medium-high. Add chicken in a single layer.
- Cook 5–6 minutes, stir/flip, then cook 4–6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Warm pitas (dry pan 20–30 seconds per side).
- Build: tzatziki first, then lettuce, tomato, onion, then chicken.
- Add feta if using. Wrap tightly and serve.
