Southern-Style Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 5 cups sliced peaches (fresh/frozen)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Toss peaches with sugar + lemon.
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and butter to make batter.
- Pour batter into the dish.
- Spoon peaches over batter (don’t stir).
- Bake 40–45 minutes until golden.
- Cool 10 minutes; serve.
