Honey-Glazed Holiday Ham with Citrus

Ingredients
- 1 spiral ham (8–10 lb)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Place ham cut-side down in a roasting pan; add a splash of water to the pan.
- Cover loosely with foil.
- Simmer glaze (honey, brown sugar, orange juice, Dijon) 2–3 minutes.
- Brush the ham with glaze; bake for 10–12 minutes per pound.
- Every 20 minutes, uncover and brush more glaze.
- Last 10 minutes: uncover fully for caramelization.
- Rest 15 minutes before slicing.
